A few weeks ago, Nuvika Technologies Pvt Ltd became part of the Claude Partner Network. I wanted to share an honest, early account of what that has been like — not a press release, just a founder’s first impressions a few weeks in. The short version: it has been better than I expected.

Onboarding built for the partner, not the program

What stands out most is how Anthropic has approached the onboarding. Every step has documentation sitting behind it. Support is there when you actually need it. And the path forward is laid out clearly enough that you always know what comes next.

You can tell the program was built by people who genuinely thought about what a partner needs to find their footing — not by people who handed you a portal and wished you luck.

The difference is in the intent

I have been part of partner programs before, and the difference here is easy to see. There is a clear intent to walk the journey with you, and to hand you the things you need to do good work on the platform.

That intent shows up in the small details — from the way the portal guides you through each stage to how the flows are put together. None of it feels like an afterthought.

PAM AI — an AI company building AI into how it supports partners

One detail I keep coming back to is PAM AI, an assistant built right into the partner portal. There is something fitting about an AI company building an AI assistant into the way it supports its partners.

And in practice it is more than a nice idea — it makes the whole experience smoother to move through. When you have a question, the answer is rarely more than a prompt away.

This is just the beginning

It is still early. Amit and I are genuinely looking forward to what we end up building with Claude through this partnership.

For now, I wanted to take a moment to thank the team at Anthropic for the care they are clearly putting into this network. It does not go unnoticed.
