Automated SLA Breach Claims
UNIQUEWhen AWS, Azure, or GCP breaches their own SLA commitments, you are entitled to credits - but most teams never claim them. Fintropy monitors uptime continuously, correlates downtime events with provider SLA thresholds, assembles evidence packages, and files claims automatically.

Note on automated filing: submitting claims through a provider's support API needs a qualifying support plan - AWS Business or Enterprise, Azure Developer or higher (plus the Support Request Contributor role). GCP needs no paid plan. On AWS, outage detection itself uses the AWS Health API and also requires Business/Enterprise; without it, monitoring still runs but reports healthy until the plan is upgraded. Where a plan isn't in place, Fintropy prepares an assisted claim you submit manually in minutes.

Z-score analysis over 28-day rolling baselines surfaces cost spikes and unexpected spend before they compound. Warning and critical severity levels with per-service granularity.
Budget Management
