How SLA Recovery Share Works

Cloud providers owe you credits when they miss their uptime SLAs. Most companies never claim them - detecting breaches and filing within the 30-day window is ops work nobody owns. Fintropy owns it. We only earn when you recover.

What is the difference between Core and Growth?

Core covers a single cloud at ₹12,000/month - the right starting point for a single-cloud Indian enterprise. Growth adds multi-cloud coverage, SLA breach detection and automated claim filing, real-time anomaly detection, and SSO/SAML + RBAC at ₹35,000/month. Enterprise adds REST API + MCP server + n8n access, private deployment, DPDP/RBI/SEBI compliance overlays, and a dedicated CSM.

How does the SLA recovery share work?

Fintropy monitors your cloud provider SLA commitments and automatically files credit claims when a breach is detected. We keep 15% of the credits the provider issues; you keep 85%. Nothing to configure. The engine is included on Growth and Enterprise and available on Core as a ₹8,000/mo add-on - the 15% share applies on every plan. If no credit is issued, no share is charged.

Can I get SLA recovery on the Core plan?

Yes. The SLA Recovery Engine is included on Growth and Enterprise, and available on Core as a ₹8,000/mo add-on. It auto-detects cloud provider SLA breaches and files credit claims for you. As on every plan, we keep 15% of credits actually recovered - if no credit is issued, there's nothing to pay.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes. Core and Growth can be billed annually instead of monthly, priced at ten months - so annual billing gives you two months free. Core is ₹1,20,000/year and Growth is ₹3,50,000/year, both +GST and invoiced in INR. Enterprise is always an annual contract, quoted per deal.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. We run a two-week pilot - we scan your cloud environment and deliver a findings report at no cost. No credit card, no obligation to continue. Contact us to arrange it.

Do all plans include INR pricing?

Yes. Core and Growth are priced and invoiced in INR + GST. Enterprise contracts are also INR-denominated. We do not expose Indian clients to dollar FX risk on the platform fee.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Fintropy uses read-only API access to your billing exports - no write permissions for cost scanning. SLA claim filing uses restricted IAM roles with least-privilege principles. Enterprise deployments run in your own private VPC. SOC2 Type II certification is planned.
